About Susan
Born and raised in Surrey, England into a real estate family of 7 children. Worked in South Africa and Australia in the employment recruiting business and finally the hotel sector, before settling down in Vancouver in 1984.
With 4 grown children of my own, I am very active in Vancouver’s west side community. I am a keen tennis player at Jericho Tennis Club and offer my hand to help towards many local charities. Real Estate excites me and has inspired me since the first day I started in 1987. Helping so many families reap their rewards and dreams in helping thousands of clients purchase their first home and many future homes over the years. It has all been a huge privilege for me being part of their exciting journey together!
Clients are always my top priority, so I drop everything to make sure they get my utmost time, help, information, knowledge, expertise, care and attention. Our relationships and trust have stayed as strong as on the first day we met…. as I value and know it will continue for many years to follow.
About Peter
Born in Montreal, graduated from Dawson College Montreal in Civil Engineering and is fully bilingual. Peter worked across Canada for a large construction company for 6 years assisting in building dams and the Vancouver ALRT. Peter also spent a few years building new subdivisions in the suburbs of Vancouver.
In 1990, Susan’s real estate business was growing quickly and taking off to higher levels. Peter decided to acquire his license and partnered up with Susan to help with servicing their clients. Peter’s knowledge of construction and renovations is invaluable when buying or selling real estate in Vancouver, British Columbia.
Peter has been active in the local community coaching minor ice hockey, Knights of Columbus, tennis, golf and men’s Oldtimers ice hockey! He always finds time to look after his family of now 4 grown-up children.
About Samantha
Born and raised in Vancouver and growing up with two powerhouse realtors for parents gave me a unique insight into the Real Estate industry from a young age. Asking for a ride up the road always meant popping into an open house that was on the way, and grocery shopping could take hours if they ran into clients at the store.
After four years as an office manager in the events industry and looking for a change, I was drawn into joining the family business. I received my real estate licence and joined their team in 2016.
I am fortunate to work alongside my parents and have their years of knowledge in the industry in my back pocket. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have my clients trust when dealing with their biggest investment. There is no better feeling than handing my clients the keys to their dream home!
